MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS FOUR ADULTS & TWO CHILDREN UNDER 18

A 10.5% city tax is added for all reservations under 30 days. A $300.00 damage deposit is required to reserve a unit. The deposit is refundable if no damage is done to the unit. There is no charge for cleaning. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to move in. VISA, Master Card, and personal checks are accepted.

All units are located on the ground floor and each unit has its own patio facing the beach. If adjacent units are rented the patios can connect. Included are barbeque, patio table, chairs, and a table umbrella. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys are provided.

The master bedroom that faces the ocean has a queen bed, night stands, dresser, closet, television, telephone and a personal safe. The second bedroom has twin beds, night stand, dresser, and closet. All linens provided

The living room faces the ocean, has a queen size sofa bed, love seat and an armoire with HD TV, DVD player and CD Player-AM/FM radio. The cable provides 70 channels.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and disposal

One onsite parking space is included. A coin operated laundry is located in the building.

High speed internet is available via WiFi at no charge. Also a free internet computer is available.

A small market, two bars, and two small restaurants are within walking distance.
